She started her career as a recruitment specialist. She gained extensive experience in project management, particularly in the FMCG, energy, technology industries.
Merve currently leads employer branding and reverse mentoring projects for national and global brands in the banking, insurance, energy, FMCG, pharmaceutical, automotive, retail and technology industries.
Pınar Özdemir has a BA at Sociology at Balıkesir University, where her areas of research included family transformation, urban transformation, municipality-citizen relations, and women’s roles in civil society and government offices.
She started her career as an Analysis and Reporting Manager at a research company, conducting studies on consumer/member satisfaction, employee satisfaction, branding, and shadow customers, as well as working on political research, social responsibility projects, and academic research projects. She is currently involved in employer branding and reverse mentoring projects across various industries.
Serkan Kalender has a BA in Psychology at Özyeğin University. During his studies on psychology, he assisted various research projects in human resources, recruitment and career management departments of financial organizations. Serkan is a a member of the research development team assisting various generational outlook, organizational culture, employer branding projects across various industries and countries. He is a certified employer branding professional rendering consultancy services on psychological capital, organizational psychology, talent acquisition and retention, talent marketing, youth policies, generations at work, employee experience touchpoints, and employee value proposition.
Gülhane Kıvanç has a BA at International Relations and a MA at Industrial Relations and Human Resources at Istanbul University, where she conducted studies on corporate culture, and socio-economic and demographic characteristics of societies.
She started her career in the textile industry, with roles in packaging, inspection and consulting, as well as quality management, production, and planning, along with international relations and human resources. She is a Universum certified employer brand professional and she currently oversees all operational processes of Evrim Kuran Consulting.
